JONESBORO — The Clayton County Youth Commission’s Community Food Drive is scheduled from Nov. 15 to Dec. 10.
Donations of canned food and non-perishable food items can be made at several locations.
Some of the items needed include pasta, pasta sauce, oatmeal, canned vegetables and fruit, peanut butter, canned soup, applesauce, and rice.
Donation locations include the Clayton County Board of Commissioners Administration Building, Jim Huie Recreation Center, Carl Rhodenizer Recreation Center, South Clayton Recreation Center, Virginia Burton Gray Recreation Center, Lake Spivey Recreation Center, Headquarters Library, Forest Park Library, Lovejoy Library, Morrow Library, Northwest Library, and Riverdale Library.
Items will be donated to Heart to Nourish Hope.
