Monroe County residents are on high alert as 5-foot, 6-inch tall Ava Lawson has gone missing. Lawson, who sheriff’s officials say weighs 195 pounds, was last spotted near 1350 Blount Rd. around 2 a.m., wearing a black shirt and red pajama pants.
Local authorities have ramped up their efforts in hopes of a quick resolution.
Monroe County, located just under 100 miles southeast of Atlanta.
