The Mitsubishi Electric Classic presented by Vensure, set for April 22-28 at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, is considered by many to be one of the premier golf tournaments on the PGA Tour Champions (for golfers 50 and over) — but the event is much more than just a golf tournament.
The tournament recently announced that it is partnering with Folds of Honor, an organization that provides academic scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled U.S. military service members and first responders. Through the partnership, the tournament will fund a minimum of 15 educational scholarships for impacted families in the greater Atlanta area.
