The Gwinnett County Association of Educators is endorsing one incumbent county school board member — as well as someone looking to unseat another incumbent — in this year’s elections.
The group announced endorsements in the school board Districts 1 and 5 races this week. Among the announcements is the news that the group is endorsing board member Tarece Johnson-Morgan in the District 5 school board race. Johnson-Morgan is her fourth year on the school board and spent the last two years as its chairwoman.
