Books, videos and audio recordings that describe or show nudity, deal with sexual orientation in an “explicit” manner or have other “adult” themes could soon be banned or at least restricted in libraries at Georgia schools.
Last week, state Sen. Clint Dixon, R-Buford, filed Senate Bill 394, which is also known as the Restricting Explicit and Adult-designated Educational Resources Act, or the READER Act for short.
