In this role, Kushner will oversee Trilogy’s national BTR asset management platform, including partnering with investor relations, capital markets, acquisitions and construction teams across the enterprise. Most importantly, he looks after the investment of the asset and protects it from acquisition to leasing and stabilization.
Kushner brings a long resume of real estate experience to the Trilogy team. Throughout his more than 20+-year multifamily career, he has held various leadership roles to support the asset and property management. He has overseen operations of 14,000+ scattered site properties with a portfolio value of more than $3.5B. He gained invaluable expertise working with multiple REITs, private equity groups, capital markets and institutional investors. As VP of Real Estate for FirstService, he managed 9000+ SFR assets in nine states with a valuation of more than $1.8B. Kushner has also led national asset management and compliance teams and operations overseeing a portfolio of more than 27,000 annual dispositions with a valuation of $6.5B. He has worked in every facet of the business from overseeing underwriting, acquisitions to renovations and dispositions.
