JONESBORO — The city of Jonesboro is hosting the final event of its Summer Concert Series Saturday, Aug. 5 with The Swingin’ Medallions.
The concert is scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lee Street Park.
The Swingin’ Medallions are a beach rock and pop band originally from Greenwood, S.C. and have been active since 1962.
Their biggest hit was “Double Shot of My Baby’s Love,” which hit No. 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1966.
