FOREST PARK — A Clayton County Sheriff and County Commission Chair candidate forum is scheduled Sunday at Living Faith Tabernacle, 5880 Old Dixie Highway, Forest Park.
A meet-and-greet begins at 5 p.m. with the sheriff forum at 6 p.m. and commission chair forum at 7 p.m.
Kiplyn Primus will be the moderator. Primus is an award-winning journalist host of “The Local Take with Kiplyn Primus” on WCLK 91.9-FM.
Democratic sheriff candidates include current Sheriff Levon Allen and challengers Clarence Cox, Jeffrey Turner and Charlene Watson-Fraser.
Democratic commission chair candidates include Alieka Anderson, Terry Baskin, Felicia Franklin and Geffry Tate.
There are no Republican candidates for sheriff or commission chair.
