As Chief Talent Officer, Amber’s expertise includes strategy, employee relations, recruitment, change management, leadership coaching, and performance management. She excels at identifying and implementing programs that help teams develop and strengthen their professional skills. Ultimately, this supports their ability to design and deliver innovative and groundbreaking projects.
Outside the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children and being involved in her community. She volunteers with organizations that provide career guidance for the unemployed or underemployed, the Boy Scouts of America, and her children’s school.
