JONESBORO — A community food distribution event is scheduled Friday, Sept. 22 at 3 p.m. at Mundy’s Mill High School, 9652 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro.
Food will be distributed to those in need on a first-come, first- served basis until food runs out.
Food for the distribution event will be provided by Georgia District 75 Rep. Eric Bell (D-Jonesboro), the Atlanta Community Food Bank, and the CCPS Alumni Association.
Bell is also seeking volunteers for the event.
