terra alma is pleased to announce that Mister John’s Music, a boutique music school started in Philadelphia, is opening a storefront in Avondale Estates. Offering group classes for babies, kids and adults, Mister John’s Music celebrates its grand opening with an open house on February 25 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the new Olive+Pine Development at 6 Olive Street, Avondale Estates, Georgia, 30002.
“Mister John’s Music is not your average music school. The way they incorporate relationship building into group music classes is incredible,” said Michaela Boone, terra alma Associate. “Their invigorating programming, including open mic nights focused on intergenerational performances where kids and adults play together, is sure to connect to the community.”
Mister John’s Music offers music education programs for all ages with live instruments, not recorded music. Private and group sessions are designed to be fun and participatory and include socio-emotional lessons through music and play.

“Our agenda is empathy, inclusivity and kindness at Mister John’s Music,” said Francisco. “This certainly speaks to how I live and the programming we offer our students.”
