The five leases were signed by a diverse set of large and small businesses.
Murata Electronics North America, a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of ceramic-based passive electronic components and solutions, communication modules and power supply modules, signed a long-term lease for 50,019 square feet (two floors with an interconnected stairwell) at 100 City View. The company will relocate in Q3 2024 from a 35,000 square feet office building at 2200 Lake Park Drive, in Smyrna, GA.
