Tickets on sale for Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons on April 5
The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, 2800 Cobb Galleria Parkway in the Cumberland area, announced that tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 5 for The Last Encores tour of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons.
Medical device collection for disabled adults and children
The Rotary Club of Marietta Metro is partnering with Friends of Disabled Adults and Children to collect new or gently used home medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, bath rails, bedside toilets and walkers.
Donations, which are tax-deductible, can be delivered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 13 to the First Presbyterian Church parking lot, 189 Church Street in Marietta.
Gently used equipment needed also includes scooters, canes, beds and braces. FODAC refurbishes, recycles and distributes over $10 million each year in free or low-cost home medical equipment and services to individuals with disabilities and is the only non-profit accredited provider of home medical equipment in Georgia.

District 4 Annual Cleanup
Residents can join Commissioner Monique Sheffield and Keep Cobb Beautiful for the annual district-wide cleanup from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 20 in honor of Earth Day.
The event will kick off with music, breakfast and community fellowship. Lunch and T-shirts will be provided with advanced registration. There were 125 volunteers last year.
The meet up location will be the Wal-Mart at 1133 East-West Connector in Austell.
Grocery pop-up coming to Austell Senior Center
Senior Services in partnership with Wellstar Health Systems and Goodr will have a pop-up grocery market from 10 to 11 a.m. on April 9 at the Austell Senior Center, 4915 Austell Powder Springs Road in Austell.
