JONESBORO — Clayton County Senior Services will host the inaugural Caregivers Symposium Saturday Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the J. Charley Griswell Senior Center, 2300 Highway 138, Jonesboro.
The Caregivers Symposium is an opportunity for families, caregivers, and professional caregivers to receive up-to-date information and learn about available resources.
Participants can attend panel discussions, various small group sessions, and more. Lunch will also be provided.
“We’re excited to announce our inaugural Caregivers Symposium”, said Senior Services Director Tori Strawter-Tanks. “This platform will provide support and resources to our caregivers, bringing together experts, caregivers, and community members to share knowledge and best practices. We aim to empower and equip caregivers with the tools to provide the best care possible.”
