JONESBORO — A Jonesboro man reported missing on Feb. 22 has been found dead.
The Clayton County Police Department issued a Mattie’s Call alert for Charles Graham, 64, on Feb. 22. He was last seen by family near his home on Teal Trail on Feb. 17.
On Thursday, police announced Graham was found dead in shallow water near his home.
For several days, department officials said detectives intensified their search using personnel, helicopter and cadaver dog.
A cause of death has not been released.
“The investigation is ongoing at this time pending the results of the autopsy,” police said.
