Atlanta is home to the third largest office pipeline in the U.S. in Q1, with 12.4 million square feet of new office space under construction, being outranked only by Manhattan and Boston.

Atlanta also boasts the second largest office market expansion this quarter, with approximately 6.3% of its current stock being made up of new office developments.

Overall, approximately 135 million square feet of office space was under construction across 25 major U.S. markets in Q1.

The largest office project due for completion this year is the Two Manhattan West skyscraper in New York City, incorporating around 2 million square feet of new office space.
