A homebuilder has bought a major chunk of a nearly 200-acre undeveloped property that is envisioned as being a mixed-use community with office an retail among other uses east of Lawrenceville off State Route 316, the property’s owner announced.
Officials from land asset management and real estate investment company, Walton Global, said they sold 58.9-acres of their 184-acre Sugarloaf Crossing Master Plan property to the Atlanta-area homebuilder. The company did not say, however, to which homeowner they sold the property, which is located at the intersection of Winder Highway and State Route 316, or for how much the land was sold.
