- 1-pound jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 cup white cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 1/2 cup Munster cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
- Toast points for serving
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, dill, Old Bay spice, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat, white cheddar, Munster cheese, and Oaxaca cheese. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
