Ray’s Restaurants The Bramble Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Boodles Strawberry Rhubarb Gin
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
Directions:
- Served in double rocks glass.
- Put all ingredients in a shaker, shake for 10 seconds and strain over ice.
- Top with .5 oz Merlet Crème De Fraise.
- Garnish: stabbed lemon peel and strawberry.
