Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) announces the hiring of Tyronia Smith as assistant general manager for Commercial Revenue, Carolyn Wilhight as assistant general manager for Business Services, Neville Randeria as assistant general manager for Capital Finance, and Scott Carr as assistant general manager for Commercial Management.

Tyronia Smith oversees parking, concessions, customer experience, ground transportation, and marketing and brand strategy. The Greensboro, North Carolina, native began her career with the City of Atlanta in 2020 as a senior attorney. Previously, she handled litigation, corporate bankruptcy and creditor’s rights matters for Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs in Atlanta. Smith served there for nine years before partnering with a law school classmate to open her law firm, Chester Jennings & Smith. She earned undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University.
Carolyn Wilhight directs multiple major airport business functions, including procurement, contract management, inventory control, fleet management, data analytics, budget management, quality assurance, and employee support services. She is responsible for strategic planning, business operations and allocating budgeted resources for the enterprise. The Purdue University graduate comes to Atlanta from Westchester, Illinois, with over 35 years of experience in finance and project management with various financial institutions including the Westchester School Board and the Cook County Clerk’s office.
