Joanna Swash, Group CEO of Moneypenny, which has its North American headquarters in Duluth, was appointed an OBE in the King’s Honour’s List for her services to the economy.
The award recognizes her contribution to Moneypenny’s international growth, the strong culture originally created by the founders, the brilliant work by its management team and the jobs created both in the UK and the US. It also recognizes Joanna’s commitment to leading a business that is committed to its people, clients and the local community, as well as her work to unite the collective goodwill of cross party politicians, local authorities and so many local business leaders to drive investment in Wrexham and Flintshire (UK).
Moneypenny supports businesses of all shapes and sizes across the US and UK with call answering, live chat and bespoke and proactive customer communication services. The company, which employs over 1,000 people, has been listed in the ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ seven times and recognized as a Great Place To Work (GPTW).
