Keynote speakers were Clayton County Board of Education member Dee Haney and Chief of Schools Keith Colbert. Each day’s session ended with closing remarks from Executive Director of Student Discipline, Prevention & Intervention Melvin Blocker.
“Please join with Clayton County Public Schools as we express our appreciation to the organizing team, under the leadership of Dr. Melvin Blocker, and Dr. Maureen Egbuna, Director of Student Discipline, Prevention & Intervention, for creating and facilitating this outstanding learning opportunity,” a statement from CCPS read.
