ATLANTA – Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is announcing that She Leads will be hosting its first webinar of the new year, “One-Stop Shop: SOS Licensing, Corporations, Securities/Charities.” This free webinar will take place on Jan. 30 at 6 p.m. Registration is free and open to all Georgians.
The Georgia Secretary of State’s office is a one-stop shop for growing small businesses. Corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships in Georgia are formed by filing with the Corporations Division. The Licensing Division handles applying for, renewing, and printing licenses. The agency also provides administrative support to 42 licensing boards overseeing various skilled trades and professions.
