Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that it has elevated four of its Atlanta-based attorneys to equity shareholder and shareholder. The new equity shareholders are Atlanta-based attorneys Jennifer Duval Lindy, Jeffrey S. Luechtefeld and Robert Jeffrey Waddell. Additionally, Atlanta-based attorneys Cassandra S. Bradford, Jasen Hanson and Stephen C. Heymann were elevated to shareholder. Overall, the firm elevated 10 attorneys across all its offices. These promotions were affirmed during the firm’s annual meeting, held in Houston on Feb. 4, 2023.

Cassandra S. Bradford
Bradford is a member of the Tax Controversy and Litigation Section in Atlanta. She defends clients in state and federal audits and appeals, as well as litigation in the Tax Court and other federal courts. At Chamberlain, Bradford has represented clients with a wide array of disputes with the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) and state taxing authorities, including issues with conservation easements, captive insurance companies, TEFRA and BBA partnerships, international information returns, late election relief, worker classification, and reasonable compensation. She has spent her entire legal career at Chamberlain since graduating from Georgia State University’s joint JD/MBA program.
