Political betting site fights regulators
The US government is trying to shut down a PredictIt, website that allows gambling on US elections. Founder & CEO John Aristotle Williams says, “People who have a little bit of skin in the game…pay more attention to the political news and they are more likely to be able to filter out fake news, which is a much bigger threat to our democratic process than PredictIt.”
