Suder Elementary School Staff was able to make this holiday season extra special for eight families before the Thanksgiving break.
The entire Suder faculty and staff worked in teams to create Thanksgiving holiday baskets.
Each family received breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with a turkey provided by the school administration.
Suder staff also competed in a friendly decoration contest showcasing their gifts to the families.
Each basket was judged by the school’s community partners — including Clayton County Board of Education member,Mary Baker.
“At Suder, we want the spirit of giving to be apart of everything we do,” said Principal Lekisha Anderson. “We are here to serve and serve we will.”
